Cooking Class (Recipes will be provided):

  1. Red Curry Paste

  2. Gaeng Ped Yang – Roasted duck in red curry with pea eggplant, apple eggplant, kaffir lime leaves, chilli, cherry tomatoes, lychee, pineapple, and Thai basil

  3. Som Tum – Green papaya with dried shrimp, peanuts, and chilli

  4. Pad Prik Khing Pla – Stir fried crispy fish fillet, wok tossed with red curry paste, green beans, chilli and kaffir lime leaves

 

Price: $125 per guest

This is for the class and full lunch including your three cooked dishes and a glass of

house red or house white wine
