Welcome to Spice I Am Balmain, the latest member of the Spice I Am family. It joins the original Spice I Am Surry Hills hole in the wall, Spice I Am Darlinghurst, and our newer north eastern-style Thai restaurant, House, also in Surry Hills.
Our food philosophy at Spice I Am is simple: fabulous, innovative and authentic Thai food using high quality, fresh, local produce, together with exotic vegetables, herbs and spices imported directly from Thailand. In fact, we are so passionate about where our food comes from, that around ninety percent of all our ingredients are sourced locally.
Head chef, Sujet Saenkham, watches over this produce in the hands of his skilled Thai chefs, to ensure the techniques passed down through his family, produce flavours that will take your tastebuds on an unforgettable journey.
